AMC

Service for Supplies
Some of our customers still prefer to own their equipment and purchase their supplies. In order to support them we devised a program in wich they would receive a limited, but sufficient services when signup a Supplies Contract with us. In this way guaranteeing a continuous support level, functionality and proper maintenance of their office equipment.

We can offer you almost any available brand, also we would be happy to consult with you and advise the correct equipment for your needs/usage and budget, all equipment comes with one year warranty, but extended warranty packages are also available.
Consumables
We carry one of the largest inventories of Original, Katun and CITECH consumables in the GCC. We are ready to supply you on demand or on a yearly contracts with fixed prices. Our Aftermarket consumables Katun and CITECH carry a one year full warranty against product failure or damage to the equipment.

A very wide range of spares parts are available on our stock and with our network of suppliers to provide a quick response for repairs and maintenance.
Software
Facility (Device) Management
With the Facilities Manager Application we can monitor the equipment (Photocopiers, Printers, MFP's and etc), it will provide all information related to the device as pages printed as well as reports and statistics. It also enables automated alerts, this allows us to monitors the devices and are informed when there is a technical problem or alert for a consumable change.
User (accounting) Managements and Rules
The USER management application allow to monitor and control user printing behavior, it track every and each user printing consumption as well the name of the files or applications that have been printed with each individual cost, this allows for a clear and precise overview of printing costs and interdepartmental billing (costs) as well. The Rules application will allow your organization to manage your users defining what they can print, where and when therefore controlling your costs.
Follow Me / Secure / Pull Printing
The Follow Me application eliminates the use of small and expensive desktop printers, and the wastage of paper on large departmental devices. It enables the USER to release the job at the print station and in this way being SECURE and CONFIDENTIAL. It allows users to release the print job on any device and in this way enabling Print and Collect anywhere.
The embedded software installed on the MFP's will also lock the device usage by unauthorized persons.
